Customer support is offered as a service to our clients, for their customers. This means that we will provide the technical support that your customers need when they buy your product. FutureBright provides technical support from 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday at (416) 596 - 6631 or toll free at 1(888) 788-7233. Our staff can also be contacted by email at admin@futurebright.ca.
FutureBright also offers a LiveChat customer support feature for our clients. LiveChat is our resourceful online software that allows you to mimic a live encounter. With Live Chat, you can resolve technical difficulties by chatting live with your customres.
